GT Media V8Finder Meter freeze

GT Media V8Finder-Meter scan Intelsat 35 located 34.5 W having frequency 11485 and 45000 no program found after the scan.
Somebody can help me?

Try scanning with ony TV, or add your own TP info and scan each TP.

Freesat is said to be correctong this blind scan frezze in new software.
