programming 3 fix TP from differnt Satellites?

I would like to program 3TP on 3 different Satellite positions.

Simple to align Satellite position 42°E, 16°E and 45°W for a Motorized dish.
I can switch from on TP to a other TP from a other Satellite and measure the Quality on each Satellite so I can found out fast if I'm on the curve for this Motor Dish.

Scanning faster will be also good if I can limit the scan from Frequency - to Frequency.

You can delete the factory satellites form the list and add just the three you need with their TP's.
You can restore the factory list later if you need to.

In understand - that is hard!
I would like to reorganize the complete TP Lists from all Satellites from 42°E to 45°W.
The reason is that I'm searching a PC Program where I can do this to reorganize the TP List and not use the keypad at this chaos organized V8 Finder.
Never see a so chaotic organized Control of a receiver.
Please can you tell me a Database List Organizer for the PC Software?
How I can make my own TP Lists that I want without using the V8 Finder?
