Se puede usar el GTMedia Finder para buscar satélites en una parabólica con un LNB mono bloc orientada a dos satélites (con diseq 1.2)?

Yes the Finder-meter has all the normal DiSEqC switching options. DiSEqC 1.0, 1.2, 22kHz, USALS etc.
The finder-Meter can only be set for motor control OR normal switching, not both. This means you can not access a motor dish mover through a switch, only directly.
