You need to unpack the .zip folder and use the .bin file.

Also you must use the V73 software for the V73.

My one 17/03/2020 firmware

You download the upgrade again and upgrade the firmware. I tested it on 17/03/2020. Upgrade 22/10/2020 is OK. If you still can’t upgrade, please keep pressing the BACK button to enter the forced upgrade mode to upgrade. Make sure the firmware is OK
