1. My V8 finder is not picking signal thought it boots normal.
2. Another V8 finder not able to show H265 Video?
Any solutions to this issues?

Check that you have not set LNB power "OFF"
If H.265 is not listed for the unit, there is no update for that as it requires hardware/firmware to be in the unit.
