V 71 led piscando

Meu Localizador V 71 não carrega , fica com o led vermelho de carga piscando. O que aconteceu ?

Try it with another 12v charger, or the car charger if you still have it.

If you have left it with a flat battery for a long time, the battery may have died.
You can still use it on the charger of off a 12v power pack.

O aparelho tem carga ainda , só que quando conecta ele para carregar não carrega , o led de carga vermelho fica piscando .... acho que o problema é a bateria .... qual é a bateria e modelo V 71 ?

Já troquei o carregador e continua a mesma coisa , led piscando e não carrega .

If you open the back cover you can remove the battery and look at the model.

Watch that a new battery does not cost more than a new GT Media V73 finder-Meter.

I suspect that the finders use power from the battery when they are turned off.
Fully flattering a Lithium Ion battery kills them.
I recharge mine every few months.

That should be Highlighted in manual I for example have only used meter once since I got it, and if there is fault in meter using power when switched off surley GTMedia should be replacing Battery.

The storage level will not matter, just the voltage.
As long as the storage level is close it will be OK.

I tried my unit it was completely dead no display , so I plugged charger in it showed red when it started charging and it did turn to green and showed full charge on display screen.
I'm glad I noticed this thread I now know to give it a regular charge
