EUTELSAT 33 DEGREE DVB S2X FREKANS

I bought Gtmedia v8 finder satellite finder. I am using Usaals supported dseqc engine. My location is Ankara, Turkey. My geographic values ​​are 32.7 east longitude, 39.9 north latitude. I use Eutelsat 33 east satellite as reference satellite. (zero point) I am getting signal from 12597 V-10058 DVB S2X frequency from this satellite. When I come to this frequency, the device locks up and I can't take any action. I have to turn the device off and on. But it hangs again.I can't do anything in any way. I have to turn the device off and on. But it hangs again. Can it be fixed if it's a software problem?thanks

If you have this lock up while you are doing a blind scan, you can use the TP menu and set up the TP's you need and do a auto scan with that lock up TP removed from the TP list.

This has happened with a few satellite and units. GT Media fix this.

My location is 32.7 east longitude - 39.9 north latitude. Accordingly, it covers the part from 95 degrees east to 30 degrees west satellite Hispasat.Accordingly, among these satellites, the dvb s2x frequency is only present in the Eutelsat 33E satellite.The satellite device I used is compatible with Magicsee 500 pro amlogic 905 x3 processor Dvb S2X tuner.I can find and watch with that device without any problems. Normal dvb s2 tuner supported devices cannot find it.

No it is not a warning.

I highlight in blue to get the attention of GT Media staff as they read posts.
With so many posts, subjects and translations it is easy to miss things.

They will check and fix on any new software issued.
It would help if you could do a TP record of this TP using one of your other GT Media units and send it to GT Media at their service email via WeTransfer.
