Does the V8 BT05 need to be recharged with the device on or off?

No matter the device is on or off, it can be charged

ok, but I have another question: even after 24 hours of charging, the red light flashes. Is this normal or is there a problem?

Hello.When connecting bt5 to the phone, it immediately gives out "Attention, antenna overload".What does it mean?The antenna is not connected to the converter!!!
