V8 Finder 2 probleem

My Finder V8 doesn't work anymore....
It's frozen?? I've disconnected the battery once, but that doesn't make any difference.
Is there a way to reset everything.
When I turn it on I only get the following image.
Is there anything I can do or is it OVER..
