Help with firmware recovery on V8X

I ordered a Prolific PL2303GT USB Serial COM Port cable to install the firmware on my V8X, the cable is displayed correctly in the device manager on my computer. But when I run the program SEND_UPG v 2.2 flashing in the list of Com ports, the program does not display the port of my cable (COM6). Please help.

Plug the cable into another USB port.
That will change the port number.
