After doing the channel search on hispasat (with USUALS 9750-10600), I see that there are channels, which do not"open".
To make them visible, I'll have to change the USUALS to 9750-10750 .
Is there any possibility of avoiding this procedure?
Thank you for your help

What GTMedia box? What region are you from? Are you using Clines? What is the real LNB type/ frequency type?
Please take a minute and read the forum rules here:

The converter cannot change the local oscillation, it is defined by the type of LNB 9750-10600 is what you should put, the only thing that you will get some resonance frequencies is differentfelix dias wrote: ↑Wed Aug 31, 2022 7:33 pmAfter doing the channel search on hispasat (with USUALS 9750-10600), I see that there are channels, which do not"open".

Are these channels encrypted?
It may be that the codes loaded into the softcam.key file are set for the higher frequency.
When you change the LNB frequency from 9750/10600 to 9750/10750 have you rescanned?

Re: CHANNELS and USUALS
If you loaded a channel list Database from someone else and that person scan the channels using 10750 the frequency will be different than 10600 and maybe the decrypt does not seee it. You will need to re-scan that TP only

I think that fact is due to software defect

Re: CHANNELS and USUALS
Can you let us know what channels/transponders you have issues with.
The channel list that you have, was it one that you downloaded for you receiver, or one that you made while scanning in the satellites that you require.
With a bit more information, we may be able to pin point what the issue may be.

Problem already solved.
I updated the box with the latest flash image.
I edited the hispasat 30W satellite with usuals 9750-10600.
All visible channels with good line.
Thank you very much for your help
