subtitles on Balkan channels???

primarily 16e and other satellites for Europe

maxtv and total tv have the most channels with that problem, then crappy channels on other satellites..

Give them some more information, like what satellite / transponder / channels etc, plus what receiver are you using.
Maybe they do not use subtitles in a lot of there channels.
Then they can look at the issue, and advice.

it's about the max tv and total tv package on 16e, it has a choice of subtitles but they don't work for you, it's about the V8x Gtmedia receiver!
