Try the update.bin process
Put in an empty FAT32 USB the previous working file and rename it to update.bin.

Load the USB to the V8X. Turn On the unit while pressing the On/Off button several times in the remote control and see in the front panel if is upload,

Most (USB's) are in the (FAT32) format, also have a look in the (V8X) section of the forum, at his time you are in the (X8) section.

It now working thanks now it failing to update the biss keys online any help

I think M.rs software needs an active Ccam account for BISS to work.
