RSI LA 1 e LA 2 su Hot Bird

RSI La1 and La2 on Hot Bird does not work with official card after frequency change at 10971. Solutions? Tanks

Spanish stations LA1 and LA2
are encoded in Panaccess and Viaccess
The problem is yours. You will need to update the card.

RSI La1 and La2 are Swiss channels on hot birds and not Spanish on astra.

RSI La 1 HD W 552 17207 MPEG-4-/HD Panaccess viaccess
RSI La 2 HD W 562 17208 MEG 4 /HD Panaccess Viaccess

In HOT BIRD theses stations are also coded in Panaccess and viaccess
you must actualize your card

The card works with other decoders, it does not go with GTMEDIA v8x ev7Pro.

In days gone by, some cards have to be put back into the originally receiver so that it could be updated.

when you plug the card into other decorders,it can be worked.
then plug this card into v8x or v7pro, it can not be worked?yes or no?
the same card on the different platform, the status is different, yes or no?

The card works on other decoders while on v8x and on v7Pro it does not open the Swiss bouquet channels (RSI La1 RSI La 2 SRF1 SRF zwei RTS un RTS Deux - Hot Bird 10971 H 29700 2/3). Tested Ccam RSI La 1 and La 2 does not work, while it opens SRF 1 and SRFzwei, RTS Un and RTS Deux.

when you plug in the card, can you see the card information from the card access menu?
if you can ,please take a photo of this menu,then send it to us: support@gtmedia.cc

I finally solved by updating the card rights with other decoder and now the V8X and also the V7PRO
they read it (with the latest firmware available) maybe, but I have to wait until next month the GTMEDIA will not
update the rights of the card? We'll see

There is an issue of rights updating.
We will release new firmware to fix this problem.
