Can you confirm, what channels do you wish to scan, from what transponders, which i think is 19e.
What receiver do you have with what software.

Es como si el tono de 22 hz esté siempre funcionado y no este en el modo natural en automático que no se puede cambiar, posiblemente tenga el LNB averiado

tengo otro deco gtaudiox8 son iguales y misma antena y uno se ve todo y el otro no

Just carried out a test scan on two transponders with a V7Pro with M.rs software, 10729v 22000 TV channels found 12, 10758v 22000 TV channels found 14.
Are you saying that you have two (x8) receivers, if so why not down load the channel list from the good receiver, then put onto the other receiver.
