V8X only green led

Hello, I have a problem with V8X. Only the green LED is lit and the decoder does not respond?Image

Have you tried another power supply.
Are you getting anything on your TV screen, using the Scart output.

Hello Den. Unfortunately, nothing works. Still no signal at the SCART input. Another power supply does not work either.

Do you have M.rs or GT Media software?

M.rs recovery is different.

If GT Media software.
Check the USB is being used, try one with a LED so you can see it.
Do not have more than about 20 files on the main directory.

Press the button repeatedly, not hold it down.

If this device improves the above, includes an internal WIFI module and an internal Electro-compass in the calculation section, it would be a perfect device.

The V8X is not a satellite finder that perfectly fulfills its purpose

Have you checked the connections and wiring of the V8X decoder to ensure everything is properly connected, and have you tried resetting the decoder to see if that resolves the issue?
