Guide to update the firmware for GTMedia V8 Turbo

I am using a GTMedia V8 Turbo device and have a problem with updating the firmware. I have downloaded the latest firmware file from the official website, but I do not know how to perform the update process. Can anyone give detailed instructions on the steps to update the firmware for this device?

Unpack the .zip folder so you have the .bin file.
Place the .bin file on the main directory of a USB stick.
With the stick in the V8 turbo, go to menu the look for USB upgrade. In the tools menu, Use left or right arrows to change menu
There select all code, then next down select the .bin file you saved to your USB stick, then start.

NOTE
upgrading will delete any channels list you have and any encrypted codes you have saved.
To save your channel list, USB back up and select user DB and export.
To save any codes, go to the conditional access menu and press 6666 to show hidden menu and "Export" your softcam/key file.
