Have scanned the transponder with a V7Pro which has V17823 3 Jul 25, the channel that you require does scan in, twenty six channels found, the one that you require is number five. Also tried another V7Pro with V18368 12 Aug 25, this also found ALL channels, again the one that you require is on five on the list when scanned.
