Buongiorno, volevo avere assistenza per un problema che ho riscontrato ieri sera attivando il mio decoder satellitare V8X. Questo è il secondo anno di utilizzo e dopo un anno di inattività (utilizzato in una seconda casa) ho avuto problemi di ricezione....molti canali non si vedono e compare la scritta "Segnale Criptato". Qualcuno mi può aiutare per risolvere questo problema? Grazie. Domenico Rossilli

With the receiver not been used for a long while, the software would need to be updated, plus the channel list/s would have changed as well.
Can you let us know what software you have on your receiver, for within the last year, they have changed the software to M.rs.
What satellite/ channels were you watching when it was last in use.
At this time just rescan the satellites / channels and get the lists updated, check out (flysat / XXXXXXXX) for up to date transponder details.
How were you decoding your channels, if it was via CCc.m the line may have expired, and would require a new line.
See how you get on first with checking out the satellites/channels first, do not upgrade the software at this time.

thank you for your answers. For your infor I have reused the decoder after one year end for complete information for you I use the card from TV Sat and checking from the web site I have discovered thet the card is disabled....probably this is the reason? I am in progres to contact them bat is not easy until now.
Anyway here follow the answers at the below yor request:
- last software installed is V3.2.88.9.319 DATED 19/05/2022
- s/n v8xs2116138483
- Satellite Hot Bird 6/8/9 (for Italy)

Se I canali criptati sono relativi a Tivusat devi aggiornare il decoder alla versione M.rs che puoi trovare nei download con relativa descrizione e procedura.La stessa cosa è successa anche a me con decoder V7pro e scheda tvsat gold.Dopo aggiornamento tutto ok,la cosa importante è che devi avere il decoder connesso ad internet per l'aggiornamento dei codici della scheda.

1. Su quale canale esattamente ti compare la scritta?
2. Che scheda usi? Tivusat? Di che colore e'? (blu,oro...)?

Buongiorno, io ho lo stesso problema ma con il V7 PRO già aggiornato M.rs_V1.10.8002_08092023, escluso con RAI1, RAI2, RAI3, ricevo sempre segnale bloccato con una vecchia scheda TIVUSAT blue (inclusa in un vecchio TS9000 SD). Connessione WIFI presente come da istruzioni indicate nel FW M.rs.
Qualcuno ha qualche idea? Grazie

Quelle schede sono tutte in fase di disattivazione da parte di tvs@t.
