v8 finder pro2

Salve, ho acqustato un V2 finder pro2, ho riscrontrato che il BER non funziona è sempre fermo non da nessuna lettura ho provato con l'ultimo aggiornamento ma non funzina come mai qualcuno ha di questi problemi, come si può risolvere? Grazie
