Canali in chiaro non visibili gt combo

Sat 46 est
Frequenza 11095 H 30000
Decoder Gt combo 4k

Una serie di canali in chiaro alla frequenza indicata , tutti visibili con immagini che squadrettano oppure rimane schermo nero. Prova fatta con un altro dec tutti chiaramente visibili e fluidi.
So per certo che con il v7 sono visibili senza problemi.

Il v7 inoltre non è mio , ma di un altro utente che mi aveva gentilmente dato un feedback.

Can you confirm what software you have on your receiver.
Are you saying that when you scan the said transponder, the receiver does not save the channels so that you can view them.
If this is the case, GTMedia have got a serious issue to solve, this is the second reported issue of channels not been saved,

Buonasera,lo stesso problema l' ho verificato anch'io sullo stesso satellite alla stessa frequenza
Ho un gt combo aggiornato all' ultima versione ufficiale,ho risolto riavviando il ricevitore!

Your issue sounds like a reception issue.
That TP on 46e has a high "FEC" of 5/6.
These high FEC TP's need better signal level and quality to be received.
Check you have the best alignment for you dish.

If you are using a USALS motor dish, try changing your longitude by a few decimal places each way, west and east.
that will move the dish a little.
OR you can change that satellite to DiSEqC motor control for the motor dish and click on motor type to open the motor control menu and use the small move function (Move Step) while "Seeing" the TP signal level improve or get weaker.

Ciao, ho riavviato niente da fare. I canali sono salvati ma si vedono a scatti nel caso migliore. Puoi dirmi segnale ? Io ho potenza 91% e qualità 70%
Con un altro decoder decisamente vecchio si vede benissimo.

Aggiornato via web all'ultimo firmware. Perché non posso più aggiornare via USB? Volevo riprovare a ricaricare Fw tramite USB con cui mi sono sempre trovato bene.

Appena provato le seguenti azioni :
1. Nuovo Reboot del decoder
I canali ora si vedono meglio
2. Poi ho cercato di migliorare il segnale , ora al 72%
Ora il flusso è quasi fluido , meno scatti

Il problema è sempre che con un altro decoder
anche col segnale precedente al 70% si vedeva fluido senza nessun scatto.
Per favore datemi un riscontro sul segnale richiesto.

A me continua ad andare a scatti nonostante reboot.

When you watch a low or marginal signal channel. the processor is working hard to correct errors and it also uses memory.
Restarting will clear this used memory.

As for USB upgrade, if you download the software form the download page and place the .zip folder (700Mb+) on the UBD you can load that from the update app or click on it in file browser.

Check your LNB does not have a spider in it, or a bird like I had once.
