GtMedia V8 Turbo Situação estranha

Buenos dias, espero fazer-me entender. Tenho a Antena direcionada entre os 7º e os 4,8º East e sigo Lyngsat como referencia de frequencias.
No Eutelsat 7B sintonizo a frequência 11221 H 27500 igual a Lyngsat.
No Astra 4A tenho que somar 150 pontos às frequências, ex: para sintonizar 11766 H 30000, só abre com 11916 H 30000
Nos dois satelites não sintoniza nenhuma frequencia com symbol rate baixo (ex 7200)
Já actualizei com a ultima versão de firmware (GTMEDIA_V8TURBO_Release_V319_20220526)
Espero me tenha feito entender e que haja soluçao para os symbol rate. Gracias

Have a check that your lnb settings are correct, for both satellites the setting should be (Universal 9750 - 10600).

Sim está certo o LNB estava no intervalo (9750-10750) ... but low symbol rate ... how do i solve?

Within the Installation, move the curser to the lnb setting, with the arrows on the remote, move left or right until you see the correct settings, then exit, that should be it.
