algun truco para coger feeds con symbol rate bajo?

hola compañeros, el v9 prime me va muy bien pero cuando quiero coger un feed con symbol rate 9834, no me lo coge, da fuerza pero calidad 0. Hay algun truco o algo para coger los feeds bajos?

tengo la antena en el atico, y de ahi baja todo el cable hasta el primero que es donde vivo. Puede ser por eso? un amplificador solucionaria algo? un saludo

What software have you got on your receiver.
The receiver should take the symbol rate, the trick is, catching the feed when it is live, some feeds are very short, others can be on a while.
What satellite is this feed on, and transponder.

Yesterday one Feed Astra, 11634 , h, 9874 fec auto. I watched some with this symbol rate but decoder didnt take. Astra 19 este. Thanks

I use M.rs , last firmware I think.

i have put this feed into my V7 Pro, 11634h 9874, at 1605hrs BST, which has M.rs software, the feed was not Live, it shows Signal Strength but NO Quality. I then Exited out, the transponder details are kept, so that you can go back at any time to see if the transponder is live so that you can scan in the channel.
As i have said before, it is catching the Feed at the right time, to view it, what channel is on this feed.
Just carried out a check on (XXXXXXXX) for that transponder, found the following details 11634H 7200, tried this on my receiver, info as follows,
Signal Strength 90% / Quality 63%, Scanned in (G19 E-349 Via 1), the channel is (Encrypted), at 1620hrs BST.
Check (Flysat), there are other transponders with different symbol rate, around that range.

yesterday feeds are live, I watch satelliteweb and I take them from that page. I had not signal. Thanks

The said transponder was live today, at appox (0815hrs), it's just a case of getting the feed at the right time.
(Freefall) found the said sport, on the transponder that i found 11634H 7200, which he posted at appox 1837hrs.
