Programa cerrado V8X Marte

Buenas.

Ayer al poner el partido del Madrid, con un V8X y Marte, estaba totalmente a oscuras apareciento el mensaje de encriptado y luego quedandose la pantalla totalmente en negro, la conexion era por cable y la señal y calidad buena, la compañia de internet es /_owi.

Si alguien sabe que puede ser.

Ensure the protocol is *not* newcamd.
Restart both your router and the set-top box (STB).
Use the latest firmware. If you have internet and the correct protocol is running, it should connect to the server.
If it still doesn't connect, restore the STB to factory default settings.

Lo tengo todo configurado correctamente ya que el martes funciono perfectamente, entonces no se me ocurre que puede pasar.
