bonjour ,je voudrais faire une mise à jour avec le dernier firm ,mais le M.rs rejette ce dernier ??
comment faire pour une faire pour réinitialisation d'usine !!

There are various receivers with M.rs software, what receiver do you have and what version are you trying to put onto your receiver.

With M.rs software, Menu / Installation / OK / 0000 / Move the curser Down with the Arrows on the remote to / Factory Default / OK / Then Action as you wish.

j'ai reçu un "GTAUDIO" au lieu du "GTMEDIA" est j'ai tous les plus grand problème pour le flasher car il rejette toutes les mise à jour et mon SP1 ne me donne plus de lumière car il faut la dernière version !!

Can you confirm what receiver you have, plus what channels you wish to view from what satellite.

gt audio v8uhd pour le flasher j'ai dû le faire avec le v8 uhd(p) et puis mettre le v245 pour mon sp1 et depuis je n'arrive pas à lui insérer le v248 et 249

Is it ALL SP1 channels that you have lost, if it is (Sky Italy), other users on other forums with other receivers have the same issue.
Can you confirm when you purchased your receiver, and what software was on it.

reçu le 15/11 et pas moyen de flasher puis développer le V8uhd(p) et flasher et inséré le de 2022 et le v238 ou 245
je suis pas certain
et maintenant tous les flash sont "echec"

Right, with you getting the receiver in (Nov) it would have had the normal software, which may have been V238 20 MAY 2022.
You put into the receiver the details, so that you could get (SP1) channels, What happened, did they just stop working.
Did you save any of this information to a USB, before trying to update.

After you downloaded the software, did you take everything out of the folder, the file would look like this GTMEDIA_V8UHD_V245_20230803.bin

I think i know what has happened, you received your receiver in NOV, which had V238 software, you put in your SP1 details, things stopped in DEC,
you updated your receiver, not knowing that you should save ALL details to a USB, Channel list / SP1 etc. Which would mean you would have to start all over again.
Even without the SP1, there are a lot of channels that can be viewed with the information built within the software.
From your area, what range of satellites can you get.

Most of the channels at 19e/13e you do require the SP1, which is down due to a third party.
The satellites that can be viewed with keys built into the software, plus softcam are 39e/26e(FTA)/9e/5w/15w/30w.

You, are now saying that you have got M.rs software on your receiver, which means you could update your receiver OTA.
Use the (Search Box) top right, there are a lot of threads on the subject, plus it can be very difficult to do.
To confirm what software, you have on your receiver carry out the following, Menu / Move the Curser to Settings / OK / 0000 / At the next screen more the Curser Down to About STB / Information will come to the screen telling you what S/W Version you have, plus BOX ID, which you will need when you
contact your supplier.

Use the search box, top right, there are a lot of threads about going back to normal software from M.rs.
It is hard to do, (CPR/CAJE), should be on later to give links etc.
