GTMEDIA ATSC3.0 Nextgen TV Converter X1 update

I just upgraded my Nextgen TV converter X1 to firmware X1_v1.0_Y410.A11.1.3_20250117 that was available in the USA on 2/7/2025. After installing the converter and scanning for channels, it won't find ANY channels, ATSC1.0 or 3.0 With the previous firmware I was able to scan and find both ATSC 1.0 and 3.0 channels. I have rebooted the unit, cycled power, and pushed the restart button found on the bottom of the device with no luck. I now have an electronic brick. How do I proceed in getting the converter working again?

Go to the system settings, find the app list, select hdtvplayer, then choose to clear the application data, restart hdtvplayer and try again.

I upgraded the firmware to v3 on both my boxes no issues. It fixed my Bluetooth ear bud issues.

Go under apps in Android and force stop HDTV Player then clear cashe and restart. Make sure you are using v 2.35a HDTV Player app.
