X1 channel scan issues

X1 channel scan issues
I can confirm that when I did a full channel scan after deleting my saved channel data. I could not get the X1 to scan. After I disconnected the X1 from the Internet by disconnecting my Ethernet cable and shutting down Wifi and completing the scan it now worked. I am not sure what would cause this, but it is correctable.
