GT Media V8 UHD - server no response login ack

Since updating my GT Media V8 UHD, I have noticed a connection error (server no response login ack), an error on YouTube, and general wifi connection failures. Many times I had to turn off the decoder to get it to work normally again, but for 4 days this message "server no response login ack" has been displayed. When I tried to restore previous updates or factory reset the commands to accept (Yes) did not respond. However, this last problem is resolved by doing a forced update, but the connection problem still persists. What is really happening? decoder update problems? or the server?

Last update I used: GTMEDIA_V8UHD_V251_20240701

It may be your internet provider blocking the UHD from their modem.

Try another internet provider, like a hot spot from your phone.

Thanks for the answer, but I don't believe it's the internet, because I've already tested it in several ways. As I said, since I updated the decoder it has been presenting problems, such as, it does not accept updating or restoring, it does not accept editing, paying or adding a new server, YouTube does not work...

You can go back to older software by using the forced recovery USB method.

If the YouTube app on your STB is using an older API version that is no longer compatible with YouTube, it could generate this error. R&D offers a patch file with M.rs firmwares to maintain compatibility with changes in the YouTube API.

No amigo, no pude. Todas las instrucciones sugeridas funcionan. El problema es que no acepta los comandos para restaurar o incluso actualizar, aunque la actualización haya sido forzada.
