Hi, I'd like to speak with an administrator to find out if my account is banned because I can't access it or recover my password. I have to say that I often try to log in with a VPN and I don't know if that's the problem. Thank you.

The forum email has been down since Aug 2024.
"Forgot Password" uses email so does not work.
You can open a new account and ask us to send you a temp password.
As email is down, any email not already used, even non valid email, for any account will work.

Regard IP.
Forums are under pressure from Bots / AI Bots.
There is a software error in pphbb that uses session ID's that makes Bots think there are multiple URL's to search.
A patch is available, but needs forum Admin at tech level (GT Media at the server) and pphbb say they do not intend to release a new version.

This means to control the Bots and prevent 404 not found, I have added many IP Bot control lines.
Two do cover some of Amsterdam VPN in IP range 146.174.xxx.xxx.
Most other IP Bot blocking is for Singapore, China and some for Amazon.

The Amsterdam IP you posted this from is fine, but if your VPN does try that blocked range you will have issues.
