Yes.
Had one for some time.
GTX Combo, NUK PC, Finder as spectrum and V8X.
The unit I got does picture in picture, but sadly that model is no longer sold.
It was Kceve brand.
The other 4 way unit I got, the remote control acted on one of my other units.

I also have 2 analogue / AV 4 way units and 3 TV's.
Old school dumb phone does not take very good pictures.
