GTMEDIA V8 FINDER PRO no image on screen

Hello, guys! I need your help with this problem. My device GTMEDIA V8 Finder Pro works, but it doesn't display any video on its own screen, although it does display it on another device's screen, example TV, . I need a program/update for this chip, because when I installed that chip from another device( i bravebox satfinder), its screen worked but displayed various meaningless images.
