Knowledge Channel 97W Ku

Has anyone in NA been able to get video on this channel? It is PV and I assume that the key is included in the NA Softcam as it does not come up with Encrypted Program. However there is no video nor audio.

They being like that for long time. Keys are working but look like there is no programs

I have discovered the same, they are not transmitting much.
