Hello gtmedia group i use gtmedia v7s hd last one year use purfectly but last 3 month suddenly stuck in logo i tried a lot recover my software but did't recover then recovered from the programmer all system work fine but cs protocol not connect only show idel. i have different line use but same problem.please fisx my cs protocol thank you

Hola! revisa tu conexion a internet, que te llegue bien el Wifi y tengas buena conexion a internet, si sigue asi, prueba a darle datos con el smartphone.
si el problema persiste prueba la CCc.m en otro decodificador satelite.

Maybe your CCc.m account is just expired.
You can send me your cline to me, and I will check it for you.

I will advice you to paste the cline in a CCc.m.cfg and impute it to your box that way there be no mistake. some time putting the line manually can course error.
