V8 finder and multistream 5W

I assume you have the newer V8 Finder-meter that does multistream.

Please explain what those two options are? Are they channel names or a multistream format.

Thanks for the answer, yes, I have the new V8 finder. In the default multistream menu the PLSN is set to gold, if I change and insert root with the relative PL number it doesn't save me the change. There are some channels that don't have the PLSN gold but only root with its PL number. I hope I explained myself.
I'll give you an example: the 5W 12585 frequency as PLSN should be ROOT with number PL 8, these values ​​do not save them and therefore do not tune the frequency while having the signal
