Strenght and Quality bars color

Hello.everybody

On different TPs I can see that bars colors are sometimes gray and sometimes the strenght bar is red and the quality bar is yellow.

Wath kind of information is giving me the GTMEDIA V8 Meter v-73HD ?

Why the bars are coloured both gray or red/jellow?
