GT Media V8 Finder can't block Intelsat 35

V8Finder_Meter.udf on freesat.cn, I do it now, I put myself on a USB stick, I followed the steps on the satellite GT Media V8 Finder Meter. After the update, I set my viewfinder on the Intelsat 35 satellite located at 34.5 degrees west with retransmission of the retransmission by SatLink WS-6933 and GT Media V8 Finder Meter 11485-4500, 11675-30000, 11595 -30000, 11635-30000 with the usual vertical polarization.
However, I did not specify my local longitude and latitude which I prepared. I did a blind scan and no TV.
GT Media, this time, detects the Intelsat 35 signal; but it can not be blocked the signal quality which was 85%, decreases to 50% up to 30%.
Then the signal quality increases from time to time up to 65%, decreases to 55%, 48%, 45%, 30%.

What should I do with GT Media V8 Finder Meter? Do I have to send him back to the United States to the Asurion protection?
I currently live in Haiti. Purchase date of GT Media on amazon is: 12.05.201.
Before, I update It, GT Media V8 Finder function correcly or normally. It is arrive after ugrade It by file V8FinderMeter.bin.

When I said can't block that is meaning can't lock the signal Satellite Intelsat 35 at 34.5 degrees west when I was pointing dish.
Here the transponders Canal+ Haiti on Intelsat 35 with the vertical polarization or right polarization, LNBF Ku Single Universal LNB :
1) 11485-45000
2) 11595-30000
3) 11635-30000
4) 11675-30000
5) 10980-44949
6) 11100-44992
7) 11545-44992.
I found the signal on 7 transponders below of wich decreases from times to times untill It lost when I was pointing dish. Right now, GT Media V8 Finder power on correctly but it does not function. LNB IN of It stokes or heats up or warms along in a periode of times.
I don't know what I can do that for It.

I think I have similar issue, though mine doesn't track some specific signals eg @36E , 26E , 22w it selects the signals, and it's a new sat finder , most atimes some channels crack profusely while others don't
