What channels on this TP? Are they PV , Biss??

Have just checked (FLYSAT) the channels that I think that you are after are on 12604(H) 30000 TV-SAT AFRICA.
DVB-S2/8PSK MPEG4, the web site DOES NOT show the (V-PID)(A-PID) or the (ENCRYPTION) details.

Lyngsat is showing some very recent info for that TP and all the channels are shown as "F" (free), unless they have changed in the last week then a softcam should not be needed.

exactly, I'm looking for TV sat Africa channels. I found more information on Eutelsat's website but I do not know how to post pictures on the forum.

hi. the channels are encrypted. I even bought several CCAM Clines from several different servers but none have worked until now.
that's why i want to try the softcam maybe this solution will work for me.
