X8 & Pen 36GB

I have box v8 and gtc, both accept a 32 Gb pen. X8 does not accept the pen of this value, but the 16 gb pen. why?

I use a 64 GB tf card with USB adapter in all GTMedia receivers and works perfectly.
GTX Combo - GTX Twin - V8 UHD - GT combo - V8 Finder Pro - V7 Pro - V8X - V8 Turbo - X8 - X8 combo - V8 Pro 2 - D2 DAB+

GT Media units prefer FAT32 format.

Also check that the 32G USB does not have makers software on it to show a logo etc on your PC.

It recognizes any "pen". depends on its partition.

It will be because you have made the mistake of formatting to FAT32, the correct format is NTFS, watch out for upper and lower case which is another problem that does not recognize it
