Salve,
Ho appena acquistato un decoder modello:
GTMEDIA GTX Combo TV Box 4K 8K Android 9.0 + DVB-S2/T2/C2 2G + 32G supporto CA & CI Plus1.4, SATA-HDD, BT4.1 Decoder ricevitore satellitare.
Dopo la scansione e l'ordinamento dei canali il decoder non è in grado di salvare la lista risultante dalla scansione.
Tutto quello che vedo è che non ci sono gruppi che contenevano i canali scansionati.
(TUTTI, DVB-S2, FTA,...).
Potete aiutarmi con questo problema

Do a factory reset and start again.
Save any Ccam info, icon list new apps before the reset.
There is the lesser clear user data option as well in the DVB app menu.
I had something like you describe with my first start on these boxes.
Maybe the user file is not set up correctly, the reset will help.
You could download the newest software if the listed version on the download page, 26/04/2023, GTX-COMBO_v1.0_C21.A9.1.2_20230426.zip is not older than the one in your new box?
Doing a software upgrade would also do the factory reset.
I would think you already have that version or newer in your box.
You can see what version you have in the Info menu on the main android screen.
