Poseo un decodificador Gtmedia V8XS y el problema es que se resetea cada 10 minutos, que puedo hacer para solucionar tal problema

If you mean the whole boxes restarts like power off / on, then try another power supply, check the unit is not too hot, remove USB drives.
If you mean that a pay TV channel goes scrambled, check the CCam account, try another net provider, like using your phone as a hot spot, check the unit is not too hot.
