GTMedia Combo subtitles translation

Subtitle translation does not work in the latest version M.rs 3.3.9. Also [dvb] subtitles do not appear on many frequencies. For example on satellite Hotbird 13E frequency 11804 V 30000 5/6 and frequency 12130 H 30000 Auto

Which country should I choose?
in the previous version M.rs worked normally
