V8UHD tornare a firmware originale

Salve a tutti,

ho 4 gtmedia e stavo pensando di riportarne uno al firmware originale.

Ho il cavo rs232, ho l'adattatore, ho il software per fare upgrade.

Mi viene fuori questo errore e non so come andare avanti.

Check you have the correct com port set.

Cavi come Prolific Chipset non funzionano, deve essere DSD TECH USB RS232
