PWR -72.9 dBm you should increase it to -40 dBm

Anten ayarlı kanallar ful çekiyor ona rağmen 38 olarak gösteriyor bt03 cihazım aşırı sesli bir şekilde çalışıyor bozuldu sanırım ne yapmalıyım?

The antenna is receiving full channels but it is showing as 38. My BT03 device is working extremely loudly. I think it is broken. What should I do?
