problem with v8 ultra

Hi friends,
I would appreciate help:
I have an active account on a CCc.m server that connects fine on the gt combo (as well as other models such as dreambox, vu and tiger).
In addition, I also have v8 uhd and v8 ultra and in both, both when I upload the CCc.m.cfg file and when I manually enter the data via the remote control on the receiver,
there is no connection and the status remains on disconnect.
I tried both with the M.rs software and with funcam and it doesn't work.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?

The V8Ultra works without the need to put the CCc.m on, check the internet connection.

What you are basically saying is that I can install the CCc.m.cfg file on the v8 ultra and the connection will be activated automatically? Did I understand correctly?

You misunderstood, the V8Ultra has the protocol activated and working without the need to put a CCc.m
