SAT 91 W 3900/V/30000

Hi, can someone tell me what happen with Natgeo Channel in this transponder (3900/V/30000) some channels are in black, please tell me what can I do

Por favor me pueden decir que pasa con este transponder? No se ve el canal National geographic y otros están en pantalla negra

This transponder is in the clear for few college sport channels only. Even the channels still saying they are fox news, history, and other subscription channels, they are simply not transmitting, and for that reason they look black. They aren't encrypted.

Transponder 4020 V SR 31250 is transmitting Fox Channels in HVEC. Encryption type is IRDETO.
Any one know if there are any IRDETO Keys to open this mux.
