Most of the keys for channels within that satellite range are built within the software of the receiver (powervu), biss wise you will have to have you receiver connected to the internet.

hi, how to get softcam keys for v7 pro decoder
I am in Europe and I receive satellites with a motorized dish from 45 west to 57 east

Channels like powervu and BISS will auto roll. You need the net connected for BISS.

Other channels you will need to find a provider / ccam account to buy.

Firmware for the V7plus included America/Canada satellite. You will need to blindscan your satellite and arrange the channels list as you wish. It is NOT recommended to load channel list from other sources since it can damage or kill your unit

That is where the unit stores any codes for powervu or BISS that it finds or you have entered.
If you "Export" this file you can open it with notepad on your PC and edit it.

The keys for the (Abertis) channels are built within the software, Biss wise just make sure that you are connected to the internet.
What channels/ satellites are you look to decode with the softcam.

I want to see channels from satellite Astra 19.2 East.
Channels ORF1 HD, ORF2 HD, ORF3 HD, ATV HD, .... Austrain HD and German HD.
DAZN1 and DAZN2, and when it is possible SKY Germany

The said channels are viewed by other means, which you will have to Goggle, which I am not into, they are not supported via softcam.
