Recently what I'm experiencing is whenever ii switch my gadget, immediately i select SATELLITE, the screen will go blind and within some few seconds or minutes, it will come up and it won't respond again no matter the amount of pressing or selection i may did, no way, the next option is to switch it off, when switch on it will continue in thesame manner. In the event that it manage work, as soon as i select dstv frequency with symbol rate, it go blind also,.
Please what may be the possible cause of this issue, and the solution to it. I have done factory reset, no way, or can you refer me to your servicing centre in my area where this may be urgently resolve.

Does it do it on all satellites or just one channel?
