Hola, mi Gtmedia G3 Alpha se me queda encendido con la luz roja, y no me funciona .Que es lo que puede ser? Alguien me puede pasar el ultimo filmware o como puedo hacer que vuelva a funcionar.Gracias.

1. When the red light is on, does the machine have a boot logo? If it can show
It can be solved by forced USB upgrade or USB cable brushing,
2. If only the red light is displayed and the HDMI does not output the picture, then it is a machine problem

Hola, es la segunda es decir:2. Si solo se muestra la luz roja y el HDMI no emite la imagen, entonces es un problema de la máquina.Como puedo solucionarlo? Hay solucion? Me podeis ayudar a volver a ponerlo en marcha? Gracias.

If you have the red light on, it is in stand by mode and you need to press the power button on the remote to turn it on.

Check your remote is working, look at the IR LED it the remote through a digital camera. You should see it flashing when you press a button.
