I have to repare an V8 Finder model V-73 HD, for my friend, it stop working and responding after an upgrade (or may be an flash), the owner is not sur.
After interior electronic hardwaer inspection, the hard sems to be well ...
But on power ON, it didn't start.
can I expecte some help, advise, Datasheet, repair manual, or guided from an expert.

You can do a forced recovery.
There are instructions here.
Look at the instructions for the "(V7 V8) How to USB forced upgrade 2020.12.21.zip"
Note the pressing of the menu button is repeated pressing, not continuous.
