Bloqueo repetido de GT media V8nova

Tengo un GTmedia V8 Nova oeange, desde hace 16 meses. Con firmware original y cambiar nada, en un cambio de canal se bloquea. No responde con ninguna techa del mando ni del decodificador. El apagado y encendido no soluciona el bloqueo.
He cambiado el firmware mediante USB, con el último disponible (ver. 519 de Agosto 2021), mediante el método de cambio del nombre del archivo a "flash." y reinicio del deco pulsado repetidamente la tecla menú y esto soluciona el bloqueo. Cargo los canales por búsqueda manual o mediana USB y a los pocos minutos al pasar de un canal a otro, vuelve a bloquearse.
Esto sucede siempre que actualizo el firmware, he descargados varios desde diferentes fuentes, con varios pendrive formateados con FAT32, pero el bloqueo vuelve a ocurrir en pocos segundos o minutos.
¿Alguien me puede ayudar?

On what satellite / transponder / channel do you have this issue on, is the channel FTA or does it need to be decoded.

Have you tried starting a fresh channel list.
Reset and then setup each satellite and scan them.

It may be an issue with older format channel lists.

Astra Satellite 19º E, any transponder, and any channel is blocked , both FTA and those that need to be decoded

What you could do, first save any info that you have to USB, plus any keys that you may have in your softcam.
When you have do this, do a complete reset of the receiver, take it back to the factory settings.
Then just add one satellite 19e, and a do scan for FTA channels, find out what the signal is like, my be that your dish has moved a little.
Is your system, just one dish set to 19e or is it on a motor.

Utilizo 8 lineas CCc.m, que funcionaban sin problemas. Al desbloquear el decodificador, todos los datos se borran y generalmente no me da tiempo a meter las lineas, porque se vuelve a bloquear antes.

You could go back to the software, before you updated, to see if the issue is still there.

If you were using software from 16 months ago and have now updated to the latest and are using your channel list / User DB from that 16 month old software, that may be the issue.
GT Media made changes to many units software to add extra text for the channel names and other things.
Loading that user DB may be the issue.

Try after a reset blind scanning the channels, do not load your user data.

Also I remember users saying that using more than 4 Ccam line is an issue.

As STRETCH said try loading the older software you had before and test with that.

He intentado hacer lo que me habéis aconsejado pero sigo igual.
Una vez que se bloquea el aparato, sólo puedo recuperarlo si renombro el último firmware original con el nombre "flash.bin"
Si utilizo una versión mas antigua, no me permite instalarla como "flash.bin".
A partir de aquí todo funciona muy bien, hasta que hago una búsqueda a ciegas de canales, cuando paso de un canal a otro, se bloquea la imagen.
Si en lugar de hacer búsqueda a ciegas instalo una lista de canales, el resultado es el mismo, se bloquea al pasar varios canales.
Desbloquee el decodificador de nuevo con el archivo "flash.bin" y antes de hacer la búsqueda, puse un firmware mas antiguo (cuando el aparato está desbloqueado sí me lo permite, sin necesidad de renombre el archivo como "flash.bin"), pero al realizar la búsqueda de canales y pasar de uno a otro , vuelve a bloquearse la pantalla.
El problema no son las lineas CCc.m , pues no llego a instalarlas, el bloqueo se produce antes.

Try another power supply. 2 Amp 12 Volts if you have one, or just another 1.5A 12V.
Run and scan with no USB etc plugged in.

Are you running a dish motor or just a single fixed dish?

Tengo una antena fija sin motor, orientada a Astra (19.2ºE), un LNB y un repartidor de señal para dos lineas.
He utilizado una fuente de alimentación nueva, sin cambios.
Tras desbloquear con flash.bin, quito el USB y hago búsqueda ciega de canales, a los pocos minutos se bloquea la imagen.
He descubierto que cuando se bloquea la imagen en un canal, si lo apago, desconecto el cable de antena y vuelvo a encender el decodificador, el bloqueo desaparece, pero si vuelvo a conectar el cable de antena, se bloquea.
He probado otro descodificador (xxxxx) y todo funciona bien, lo que descarta problemas de antena.

I have a fixed antenna without motor, oriented to Astra (19.2ºE), an LNB and a signal splitter for two lines.
I have used a new power supply, no changes.
After unlocking with flash.bin, I remove the USB and do a blind search for channels, after a few minutes the image is blocked.
I have found that when the picture is blocked on a channel, if I turn it off, unplug the antenna cable and turn the cable box back on, the blockage goes away, but if I plug the antenna cable back in, it is blocked.
I have tried another decoder (xxxxx) and everything works fine, which rules out antenna problems.

It still may be an antenna problem. It maybe the over current tripping in.
Check the cable ends for corrosion etc.

It could also be a problem with ground currents.
Currents from outside through the LNB cable to the V8Nova and then to the TV and ground via the HDMI cable.
Try adding a earth wire to the LNB cable outer at the set top box.
Another way is to add a AV cable as well as the HDMI cable.

Does this happen if this splitter is removed?
Is the second unit also active on the same cable?
Is this the correct type of splitter? A splitter for this should pass power for both sides, but only in one direction, toward the LNB. If the splitter passes power back, the power from the second box will clash with the LNB power from the Nova, 13 volts and 18 volts for vertical and horizontal. Power pass direction is shown on the splitter by a red line with a arrow at on end. If your splitter has arrows at both ends it is the wrong type. There are also three way connectors that are just a cable connection, also the wrong type.

tb tengo problemas con cline y V7
pero funciona la linea con canales aleman, solo con canales espanol se bloquea muchas veces. Todo desde 4 o 5 de febrero.

A mí me sucede los mismo con las mejores flores ..los findes un montón de cortes en todos los canales
